AI one-person company: ten AI employees run a digital goods store; the human only clicks “approve / reject.”
What this is
Ten AI roles work in shifts: CEO, market research, product manager, content strategy, content creation, publishing, customer support, operations, analytics, self-reflection. In the middle sits an approval gate: seven types of actions require a human sign-off — listing products, changing prices, touching budgets, publishing content, rotating credentials. What buyers see is a normal digital goods store: no account required, stablecoin payments, email delivery.
What problem it solves
If market research, product selection, copywriting, posting, customer service, reconciliation, and retrospection in a store were all done by AI, and the human only kept monitoring and authorization, what would that company look like? This is a working prototype for that question.
Use cases
Open the admin dashboard at night, and three items are sitting in “Pending approval”: the first product needs to be listed, an X post over 280 characters has been shortened by AI and is waiting to be sent, and customer support has decided an inquiry is too heated and escalated it to a human. Click approve or reject; the rest runs on its own.

Highlights
- Launch checkup
launch:doctor: environment variables, production store, payment and social platform credentials, AI provider — all five must pass before launch; the sample store was blocked from production by its own system. - Files must actually exist before they can be sold: download links are signed and time-limited, and before publishing the system hard-checks that the file exists on disk so buyers don’t pay for something that isn’t there.
- No estimating fake data: when no impressions are available, write 0; KPI only deducts real transaction fees and delivery costs.
Where it is now
157 commits, the main body built in three days, and 156 of them are authored under the name Loomerce CEO. It originally targeted Chinese e-commerce platforms, but because the platforms had no public merchant API, it pivoted in June to a self-built store + stablecoin + digital goods, aimed at overseas markets. It’s a prototype, not a revenue-generating store: the repo contains no verifiable record of any real transactions or real social posts. Demo site data is simulated.
