An AI publisher that turns your child into the hero of a picture book: one photo becomes a birthday adventure comic starring them.
What this is
Upload one photo of your child (optionally with a pet, a playmate, or something they love), enter their name and age, and a character design sheet is drawn for your approval first. Only after you confirm is a six-page birthday adventure comic generated. Each full page is produced by the model—paneling, dialogue, and lettering all at once. It is then placed into a mobile reader with page-turning, narration, and ambient sound. Preview samples free; pay only if satisfied.
The problem it solves
You want to give a child a gift where they are the protagonist. The market offers two choices: a pre-printed picture book with the name swapped in, or commissioning an artist—expensive and slow. Ordinary people have photos, memories, and affection; what they lack is the pipeline that turns them into product-quality goods.
Use case
The week before the birthday, a parent spends five minutes uploading and checking whether the character looks like the child. The next day, the child flips through their own adventure on a tablet: page turns rustle like paper, and the forest scene has insect sounds.

Birthday adventure key visual

One of four art styles: picture book. Also available: watercolor, comic, and Japanese manga.
Highlights
- Confirm the character art before generating: Parents decide based on three things: whether the character looks like the child, whether the art style is good, and whether the story is appropriate. The character art answers the most important first question—and avoids expensive generation runs.
- Release gate at the data layer: Every model configuration must pass evaluation before going live; AI does not directly modify production prompts. Evaluation uses synthetic images—no child photo ever enters the evaluation pipeline.
- Real ambient sound, muted by default: Six ambient tracks are generated with ElevenLabs. Ambient sound and narration have independent toggles, and sound always waits for the parent's first gesture.
Where things stand
This is the third rebuild: the first version used pre-made backgrounds plus a physical book and was scrapped after 272 commits. The new version has 26 active days, 413 commits, and 100,000 lines of code, 40% of which are tests. It is not publicly launched yet: overseas supplier credentials need to be verified, and the mainland China loop is stuck on payment merchant onboarding and ICP filing. The demo site can page through one fictional sample book.
